Commission Terms of Service (TOS):
1. Payment
Payment is accepted via PayPal Invoice (or Stripe if requested).
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before I begin. The remaining 50% is due upon approval of the final artwork (before high-resolution delivery).
Prices listed are base rates and may increase depending on complexity.

2. Process & Workflow
Client fills out the commission form with references and details.
I confirm scope, price, and timeline with the client.
Work begins once the deposit is received.
Updates & WIPs:
Sketch → client approval (up to 2 free revisions).
Coloring / rendering → minor adjustments allowed.
Final proof → only small tweaks (e.g., color balance).
Once the balance is paid, I deliver the final files.
3. Timeline & Deadlines
Standard turnaround: [2–10 days depending on complexity].
Deadlines must be discussed before payment; rush fees may apply.
Delays may occur due to personal emergencies or unforeseen issues; I will always communicate updates.
4. Usage Rights
All commissions are delivered for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.
Personal use includes: avatars, social media banners, printing for yourself, etc.
Prohibited uses: reselling, redistributing, minting as NFTs, or claiming as your own work.
Commercial use (for merchandise, branding, advertising, etc.) requires an additional +100% of the commission price.
I retain full copyright and moral rights to the artwork. I may post the work to my portfolio or social media unless the client requests otherwise.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Full refunds are available only if I have not started the artwork.
Once sketching begins, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.
If I cannot complete your commission due to personal reasons, you will receive a full refund.
Chargebacks filed against completed or delivered work will result in a ban from future commissions and may be pursued legally.
6. File Delivery
Final artwork will be delivered in high-resolution PNG via email or cloud link.
Source files (e.g., PSD) are not included unless agreed upon.
Watermarked previews may be shared before final payment.
7. Communication
All communication will occur via email, form, or agreed platform.
Please provide clear, consolidated feedback at each stage to avoid delays.
Ghosting (no reply for 14+ days) may result in cancellation with no refund of the deposit.
